How can I even out the temperature in my home or business?
First thing we would do is to assess where and what the issue is: Temperature v.s. Humidity.
Temperature Problems:
Most of the time simple corrections to the existing ductwork can alleviate the issues. Another method would involve installing a zoning system. Zoning may be the best energy saving, gratifying choice you make. Once the system is installed, you will only be cooling/heating the areas where desired instead of your whole home/business. The zone system will eliminate the common complaint that it is too cold in one area and too hot in another.
Humidity Problems:
Severe humidity issues would require converting the air handler motor to variable speed or installing a dehumidifier. We also recommend an appropriate control that displays both temperature and humidity.
