The Investment Guarantee is our promise to you hat you cannot find a comparable installation for less...or we’ll pay you a $50 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that the comparison be "apples to apples".

Five Star Edition Systems help ensure your complete satisfaction and comfort with the five best, limited warranties available in the industry. Best of all, they are installed only by a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer who's work is backed by Carrier with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- 1-Year 100% Satisfaction Gurantee* If for any reason you purchase a Five Star Edition System and are not happy with its performance, Preferred Air will repair the problem to your satisfaction or remove the system and refund the purchase price.
- 25% Guraranteed Cooliing & Heating cost Savings* Replace any 10.0 SEER unit or less with a five Star Edition System rated 13 SEER or higher and get guaranteed electrical heating and cooling cost savings of at least 25%. Otherwise Carrier Florida will pay you the difference for the fist year of operation. **
- 10-Year Lightning Protection Guarantee* If your Five Star Edition System is struck by lightning, Carrier Florida will pay up to $500.00 of your homeowner's insurance deductible. This guarantee remains in efect for 10 full years after installation.
- 10-Year Rust Through Guarantee* If any cabinet piece on your Five Star Edition System rusts completely through, Preferred Air will install a replacement piece at no charge to you.
- 10-Year Factory Parts & Labor Guarantee*Parts and labor are covered for a full ten years on your new Five Star Infinity System.

If maintenance is neglected it could void the protection coverage. At Preferred Air we automatically provide a "Preferred Customer Agreement" if you purchase a "Deluxe System" or better.
